We believe everyone will benefit from our boxing/kickboxing training programs. People of all experience and ability levels, from beginners to advanced competition training, will improve their overall physical and mental health as a member of MBA. We teach group kickboxing fitness classes, competition classes and 1 on 1 coaching in a safe and positive atmosphere. Read about all of our classes and then try them all!
1 on 1 Coaching
Book a coach for a 1 on 1 session tailored specifically to your goals. 1 on 1 coaching can be booked outside of the normal business hours. We can work with your schedule
Youth Classes
Children age 7 and up will learn proper technique for kickboxing and general physical education. They will also participate in fun activities that make the learning more exciting. Age groups are; Age 7 - 11 at 5:30 PM Age 12 - 17 at 6:15 PM
Skills Classes (Muay Thai, Boxing)
Skills classes focus on learning and refining skills. We slow down and work on form. Great for beginners AND anyone wanting to Perfect the Tech!
H.I.T. Boxing
H.I.T. stands for high intensity training. These fast paced cardio classes last 30 minutes. Students will be led through 7, 3 min rounds of Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA techniques by our experienced coaches. Students will get a full body workout and learn real skills.
Beat Boxing
H.I.T. Class with a fun twist! Kickboxing and Hip hop dance with themed playlists in a party atmosphere!

Competition Team Practice
This class is a full hour of and only for people wanting real competition training. Athletes participate in live contact drills and intense conditioning programs. A private lesson booked with a coach and approval from a coach is required to join.
Strength and Conditioning (S & C)
Work out like a fighter! Learn what the competitive athletes do to get in peak performance condition. Go through the workout of the week at your pace with the help of a coach.
Punching out Parkinson's
Boxing and fitness class designed to help improve symptoms of Parkinson's. Students will be guided through workouts including memory and balance exercises. Please contact us to sign up or learn more
