We believe everyone will benefit from our boxing/kickboxing training programs. People of all experience and ability levels, from beginners to advanced competition training, will improve their overall physical and mental health as a member of MBA. We teach group boxing and kickboxing fitness classes, competition classes and 1 on 1 coaching in a safe and positive atmosphere.
1 ON 1 LESSONS
1 on 1 or small group lessons tailored to your goals. We offer high level training in Boxing, Kickboxing, Self Defense, Strength, Agility, and Sport Specific Cross Training. Lessons can be scheduled outside of our class schedule or during open gym hours. Contact us to book a lesson.
GROUP CLASSES
Open to adults and kids age 11 and up. We teach a variety of weekly classes and exciting specialty classes with our unique and creative blend of training methods. Classes are designed to be FUN, CHALLENGING, ENGAGING, and EMPOWERING!
COMPETITION TEAM PRACTICE
MBA Competition Team and others wanting that level of training. Athletes participate in live contact drills and intense conditioning programs. For those who have no prior contact experience, a private lesson booked with a coach and approval from a coach is required to join.
OPEN GYM SESSIONS
Signing up in advance is not required. Open to ages 15 and up. Ages 11 - 14 may attend with supervision
EXCEPTION - OPEN GYM FAMILY HOUR
During Open Gym Family Hour, Members and visitors can bring their child or children with them for free, providing that they are participating with the child / children.
PUNCHING OUT PARKINSON'S
Boxing and fitness class designed to help improve symptoms of Parkinson's. Students will be guided through workouts including memory and balance exercises. Please contact us to sign up or learn more
